Made with 50% Sauvignon and 50% Semillon, the white Bordeaux traditionnal vine repartition, this wine is full of different tastes. Complex, the main taste is fresh agrum with some ripe fruit warn touches as mandarin or dry apricot. The white flowers spring aroma is found at the final, intense, persistent, with a good duration. This is the ideal wine for aperitive or sea food. |

Great sweet wine. It is made from a meticulous harvest with very low performance (700 litres for one hectare, it is quite one glass by grappe tree). This wine is concentrate with fine and persistent agrum aromas. Best drunk with foie gras, persilled cheese or white meat stew. It can be also degustated alone. |
